    I have not met the residency obligations to renew my pr. I only stayed for 9 months after receiving my PR.My PR card expired in 2014. If i want to re-enter Canada should i renounce my pr status b4 applying for a visa? If i do will i be able to apply for PR again after renouncing it?

    I resided in Canada for 5 years, during these period I applied for my PR card and received it around 2008. I left Canada a year after I received it and my PR card expired in 2012. Is there any way I can renew it now? If not, do I have to apply again to enter Canada?
