    Express entry with main applicant as open work permit and 2nd applicant as closed work permit

    My wife is on open work permit with CELPIP(7,7,10,9) and me (husband) with closed work permit can get offer letter to claim 50 points. Is this eligible for express entry profile or ONIP??
