Express entry with main applicant as open work permit and 2nd applicant as closed work permit

My wife is on open work permit with CELPIP(7,7,10,9) and me (husband) with closed work permit can get offer letter to claim 50 points.
Is this eligible for express entry profile or ONIP??

You have to calculate your eligibility scores and then CRS scores. Research OINP and determine which program you are eligible for.

No you need to be primary applicant for the 50 points. LMIA exempt? If so how long working? Recent job letter must state employment one year past PR.

So you are primary applicant. What is your CRS score? What province?
