Decision Made is shown under "Citizenship Application Status" on the ECAS homepage. But there's no update on the history page.

No, that's not true. I have been waiting for a month since I got my DM, still haven't received the oath invitation...

Me too... I can't complain yoo much compared to people who have been waiting for years, but I'm almost done, just waiting for the oath. But I see people who got LPP done after me having the oath. It doesn't make any sense and it's quite frustrating...

I can't believe it!! I heard rumors a while ago, but I thought it would be greatly delayed because of COVID and the strikes. They'll probably use polycarbonate for the biometric page, which makes the passport much more durable. Thanks for sharing @shiremag, as always.

If you're right, then yes, they can't afford to be on strike for too long. And that's good for us! I feel like the maximum they can do (also based on the previous strikes) is like 2 weeks. What's 2 weeks compared to the entire processing time? I just hope people will be rescheduled quickly for...

I think strike pays come from the union, not the government. They have saved a lot of money since the last strike and that's why they can afford to go to strike. I don't know how long it can last though.

Vancouver application here, no progress either :(

And after the long weekend, be even more patient because of the strike that will start on Friday...
