This isn't true. It depends if his course is distance learning or a full time course where he couldn't travel. If it's later, he is eligible for PGWP. Infact anyone completing the course (be it 100%) till December 2021, would be eligible for PGWP.

Yes, it makes sense then. In case anyone wants to show the current company work experience, as per my understanding there shouldn't be any overlap i.e your last working day and start of classes.

I don't think you can work in India while you are taking classes. You may face problems when you would be applying for PWGP because as per labor laws you cannot work more than 20 hours per week as a full time student, which needs to be informed to the Canadian government.

Thank you. Technically, yes I would have belonged to SDS if I would have applied with my upfront medical but Medical was closed till June 29th and I preferred not to wait for so long.
