    Usually they settle with one formal letter because they're scared of being fined. I would talk to more lawyers because you have waited long enough. You must take action and help people who apply after you as well.

    Hi Have you thought of filing for mandamus? 41 months and no FD is a very long wait time. I suggest you talk to some lawyers to see your next possible steps if you haven't already. I am also passing 33 months and no response I was thinking to file for court but 41 months is wild!!!!!

    I am not sure honestly. I applied for ATIP notes and waiting for their response to find out about this. The fact that security started is a good sign and it can be finalized any moment. My heart goes out to people whose security hasn't even started after years of waiting.

    Hey guys I just called IRCC for an update. I am a January 2024 applicant, all assessments are complete except for security and the agent said that our security started in May 2026 and it's in final stages. Fingers crossed it will be finalized soon.
