    Incorrect. It's not a maximum, there is no maximum. It's the average in 80% of cases. "Calculated based on how long it took to process (80%) of similar applications in the past."

    It will be 90 days, you can now inquire via webform. You can try calling too, but what I hear you may be on hold for a while and getting through to the right place takes some skill. Maybe someone else has advice on which #'s to press to get to where you need quicker.

    Are you checking the correct email address provided to IRCC? Have you checked your spam folder? Maybe someone else has now experience, but is it possible to send a message through the web form before AOR? If you can, I would suggest sending a message asking through web form.
