The timelines are often not correct but only typically represent cases without things like adrs, interviews, etc. As already pointed out it is supposed to represent the wait time for 80% of cases to be processed. What primarily makes the difference in processing is proof of relationship history especially in person, any red flags, need for an interview, adr request or incomplete applications, processing backlogs, etc.
Nobody can claim that the official timelines is a probability for 80% applucations Ircc itself does not claim that. None of my acquaintances have taken as long as the time lines shown in the site while they were tracking in fact they have taken a lot less that the official timelines, nearly half of the official timelines because As I stated earlier official timelines includes all the combination of all possible scenarios and is not the standard plain vanilla case. It's just how the math works.

I don't think you should be talking rudely to anyone like this, you are most welcome to have your opinion but don't stop anyone from voicing theirs. these calculations are done based on historical data and can hardly reflect on how long each individual case is going to take in present times. I have first hand experience to prove that. Please only reply if you have any useful information to share. And don't feel entitled to stop anyone from speaking their mind and suggest on how someone should spend their time if you have something better to do yourself please go ahead.

The problem is you are spreading misinformation. This is not an opinion when it's clearly stated on the ircc website. It's obvious that Indian applicants are processed quicker in general and you are basing your opinion on your acquaintances that are going through the same VO. India is not the only place spouse's are coming from. The 80% is based on all spousal applications, the average timeline. There is no maximum. Tell that to the people who are with a slow VO and have been waiting for 2 years.

I am not rude, you are insufferable.
