110 Days Without AOR – Should I Contact My MP?

This is fairly normal wait time so there is nothing to do but wait. If you still haven’t received AOR in a few months then would call IRCC so they can flag your file. If it is deemed that you have been waiting much longer than others then that should help. An MP can’t do much especially if you...

PR with 1,300+ days, but I have an unreported foreign income problem. How do I fix it before applying for citizenship?

You start being honest about the fact that you do have a job and declare your full salary as income. Being honest is much easier than creating all your lies.

Seeking guidance about a legal pathway to Canada

If you are Somali in Somalia your only option would be economic immigration. In general economic immigration is the easiest option to get to Canada. Ebola

If the ban is lifted I would also. contact the airline and transit countries before booking a flight. FESS. Front end Screen Security

You can ask your MP to follow-up but that is unlikely to help but worth a shot. You only real way to get an answer for FESS is to hire a lawyer and file a writ of mandamus. Calling and submitting webforms monthly have no impact but it does overwhelm resources that could be used doing other things.

    Atlantic Immigration Program

The other big issue is what is your NOC? You may have a much higher chance of approval in certain NOC where there is a demand for the profession but also very few applicants who have the skills. For example if you are an RN your chances are likely better than a PSW or if you are a pharmacist...

SOWP Outland India – Why Different Processing Times?

Processing is not a strict chronological process because a variety of things within process may take shorter/longer than other applicants. A few weeks differences would still be considered that same processing time. If there was many months differences that would be more than a margin of error...
