Yeah she can like I said before. Make sure to check the box where it says if she’s been charged with something that has a maximum sentence of 10 years. Impaired driving does have that max sentence.

I mean that’s all you can do now. It should be fine. The good thing is a single dui does not bar an individual from sponsoring.

Your application will be paused until the DUI is resolved. Depending on the outcome you may or may not qualify for PR. Hire a criminal lawyer who will work with an immigration lawyer.
