    Hi there, I paid the biometrics fee ahead of time along with the shortfall in fees after my app was returned for said shortfall. What happens in the future when they request biometrics and I have already paid, how do I provide that proof to the office that does the biometrics?

    Incorrect. It's not a maximum, there is no maximum. It's the average in 80% of cases. "Calculated based on how long it took to process (80%) of similar applications in the past."
