I do not intend to claim points for foreign work experience

You'll not only have to disclose it in your personal history, but also you'll have to add an LoE here. It will be upto an officer to decide what to do next here. You should get an immigration lawyer now.

I do not intend to claim points for foreign work experience

Sorry, I'm not in a state of mind to calculate (in-between other activities) - it reads as if you were working without a valid permit between Sep 5, 2024 -> Feb 2025? I'd say that's not a "minor issue". If you worked, the govt already knows.

Workaround for Guarantor and references for Canadian Passport

The delay is only of a few days/weeks because they sometimes perform an extra review and can take more time to verify your identity. Most people don't even notice it. Use a regular guarantor if you are worried by it and have them mail you overnight if anything's a concern here.

Workaround for Guarantor and references for Canadian Passport

What makes you think having a "guarantor/notary" has any bearing on the timeline itself?

proof of fund for express entry

It should work, you should also make sure that this gift deed is actually a gift deed and not something just to show to IRCC as they can ask for updated statements later and also ask you for PoF when you land with your CoPR.

review required pvo vancouver aod dec 18

    1. Ghost updates are meaningless. 2. "Review required" -> someone needs to check your eligibility. This is very common to see. 3. Stop believing this " everyone with similar aor with vancouver pvo have received p1 already" - you can't possibly know that. The data here is anecdotal and far far...

No, that'll not be an issue as long as it is shown in the personal history.

You mean, documents for express entry? PDF is pretty standard and that's what I submitted.

ECA Report Confusion - What the SUMMARY says is different from the Individual credentials Equivalencies.

Your highest credential is Bachelors (4 years). CRS scoring will use individual credentials - so, two or more certificates, diplomas,... Unless, there's something missing in your original text, that's what I'd assume they'll do.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

There's this author, Rene Girard, he wrote "mimetic theory" - a lot of what you see around is that in action. Trust on authorities is lower across the world, connectivity has increased - so, net stabilizers are dying down and everything is extreme chaos. Rene predicted this long time back. Worth...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

    >because when life puts you through hardships, you are meant to become more compassionate toward others, not to take out your stress and anxiety on people who are also vulnerable... My philosophical take - I'd say that life in general doesn't work like that. In general there are things that...

Can PR visa expiry (COPR) be extended if I can’t travel before expiry?

You can always do a soft landing and go back for a short time. Also, you don't have a PR yet, you just have a CoPR - you only get a PR once you land.

URGENT PR application query. | ITA TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE?

Yes, you can edit them while applying for ITA. Do not decline this invitation. Nothing you did is material misrepresentation so far. You are not faking exp, you aren't faking the NOC, etc - so, you are all good!

    Urgent: Proof of funds

PoF is actually a very strict criteria for eligibility IF enforced when you are about to land. Most of us here weren't asked for our PoF BUT if you get asked, you risk quite a lot there. There isn't an option that we can provide you here. You can cancel the flight and take one when you meet the...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

100% whitelisting cic.gc.ca! That's exactly what I tell everyone involved in this journey do! I forgot, I used to paste this as a comment a year back in AoR threads (look at point #5): https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/july-2024-aor.851220/post-10874647

Yes, as they stated send your wife's passport with the PPR letter and any other docs they need (would've been mentioned in the RFV/PPR letter).

All they can do is to ensure SPF, DKIM, etc are marked pass and the protocol used is SMTP there. But, sometimes the AI flags something very very rarely and that's where deliverability into inbox is very questionable. For context, we built an internal system that costed us $10m+ just for email...
