I have some concerns about my report, When filling my Express Entry profile with the individual credentials, I get points for "Two or more Degrees", due to the Individual Credentials that I have, each having their own Canadian Equivalency.
But on the SUMMARY of the report, it says "Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's Degree(4 Years)"

Here is the overview of the reports

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Bachelor's degree (four years)

CREDENTIAL ANALYSIS
1. Name on Credential: REDACTED:REDACTED
Credential: National Diploma
Status: Recognized Institution
Major: Computer Engineering Technology
Canadian Equivalency: Diploma (two years)
2. Name on Credential: REDACTED:REDACTED
Credential: Higher National Diploma
Status: Recognized Institution
Major: Computer Engineering
Canadian Equivalency: Diploma (three years) and postgraduate certificate (one year)

3. Name on Credential: REDACTED:REDACTED
Credential: Bachelor of Engineering
Status: Recognized Institution
Major: Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)
Remarks: Exempted from part of the program on the basis of study previously
completed at Yaba College of Technology.

So Which one is IRCC actually going with, Is it the SUMMARY or the Individual Canadian Equivalencies of Each Credentials?

Your highest credential is Bachelors (4 years). CRS scoring will use individual credentials - so, two or more certificates, diplomas,...

Unless, there's something missing in your original text, that's what I'd assume they'll do.
