Did you received passport request with Primary applicant name (or) the dependent name?

I assume they were both outland, they received a PPR/RFV titled to the primary applicant.

Oh, Ok. Bcoz, I'm the primary applicant & I'm inside Canada. I got the PPR request with my name on it, whereas my wife is in India. I replied to them mentioning I'm in Canada & requested them to provide PPR for my wife.

I received the P1 mail. When I called IRCC they asked me to send my wife's passport with my PPR letter. Can I use the PPR letter with my name on it for my wife's passport stamping?

Primary applicant’s name. We are both Outland so our passports were submitted with the instruction letter gotten via mail

Yes, as they stated send your wife's passport with the PPR letter and any other docs they need (would've been mentioned in the RFV/PPR letter).
