    Get your GCMS note done. One year is a long period not to get a single update. Meanwhile GCMS note is free. At least I got mine for free few days ago. The GCMS note will provide precise information on the status of your application that can’t be found on normal tracking.

    Regardless of whether they pass the bill or not. We can ALL agree there needs to be a change somehow. It makes no sense for a PR application to have a wait period of over 5-50yrs. It’s insane.

    You never heard doesn’t mean it never happens. A hearing has 2 outcomes. Positive or negative. If I were in your situation, I’d be engaging my lawyer vigorously to explain his actions.
