Yes you can inform IRCC that you are outside Canada (you should have updated your address) and ask for stamping outside Canada.

    PR confirmation portal timelines

There is no need to call IRCC unless your processing time is very different to others. Everyone is waiting so there is no issue everyone just needs to be patient. Calling will not change how fast you get P1, P2 or eCOPR.

share the RNIP Processing Time Line

No issue. It is taking quite a long time between steps. As long as your processing is similar to others all you can do is wait.

    Parents & Grandparents Program(PGP) 2024

It has only been 2 weeks. Many applying for PR through other programs are waiting months between steps. With posted processing time for PGP being close to 3 years getting processing in around a year is very fast and lucky. Getting a spot in PGP is incredibly lucky to begin with. Just be...

    OWP timeline during spousal sponsorship

The fact that most sponsored spouses are able to come to Canada during processing and can apply for an OWP is a major improvement in a few years even if it takes a few months. Less than 5 years ago most were not able to enter Canada during processing even as a visitor.

urgent help : condition on my study permit `ATTENDANCE AT THE UNIVERSITY,COLLEG`

If you never attended the university for at least a semester you’re not compliant with the terms of your study permit. You were required to apply for a new study permit to change to the college program. This is a big issue. I would suggest speaking to an immigration lawyer and also your...

    EI claim under implied status

Were you on an open WP? If one closed WP you don’t have the ability to find a new job and start work immediately. Without a valid SIN# you shouldn’t be able to apply for EI.

Urgent advice needed - I'm abroad approved PR but not PR card yet PR travel document advice

You still have some time so it’s possible that you will get a PRTD before your departure date. The chances are actually fairly good although can’t 100% guarantee. Depending on the age of your children they could also travel as unaccompanied minors if necessary while you wait for your PRTD.

Visitor Visa Extension - Inland Applicant

You don’t need to pay a consultant or lawyer to submit a visitor record or a new TRV. Save the money and apply on your own. It is unclear if you are asking about extending their visit or applying for a new visa. When did they enter Canada and was there a date indicated on their passport? How...

    RECONSIDERATION LETTER REQUEST TO IRCC

IRCC often selects one criteria for refusal when there are more issues. I would order GCMS notes. Based on your posts it still isn’t clear if you have been living together since October 2023, April 2024 or Jan 2025. The fact that you applied after she had spent over 2 years outside of Canada...

Super Visa - Can I include NOA up to 2 years?

No point. IRCC wants to see your recent earning in Canada. If you meet LICO with your spouse co-signing in 2024 and can also show additional savings that should be fine. I would also include proof of your parents funds.

GCMS Notes and 2 times Visitor Visa Refusal

Would address the issues with your own profile. Immigration to Canada was very different in 2022. It was fairly easy to get approved in 2022 compared to 2025.

Apply to Ouland process for common-law sponsorpship while living in canada?

If you are purely making a decision based on posted processing times that actually doesn’t seem to be an issue. If you want the ability to travel out of Canada for longer periods of time or need to Iive in a different location than your partner then Outland is the best option. Would look at...

Sponsor retired and main income is his pensions. - Spousal Sponsorship - Outland

Yes that certainly could be a red flag. Assume he may be older than you. How did you meet? How much time have you spent together in person? Over how many visits? Have you ever attempted to immigrate or get a WP/SP to Canada or another country? Are there any other potential red flags?

Proof of living together while PA is a visitor

Assume you have been living apart for some time? Also assume you meet your RO and depending on when you received PR they were included on your PR application.
