I received my eCOPR on March 31st, and like most people in this group, I haven't had any updates since then. I called IRCC a couple of times. During my first call, the agent added a note to my file to help expedite the process,but nothing happened. Yesterday, I called IRCC again and the agent mentioned that they could see my file had been opened. What could it mean that the file was opened, but nothing has changed? My address and photo are still showing "in review with IRCC"

As long as your processing time is similar to others all you can do is be patient.
