PR card timeline 2025

Hi all,
I got my ecopr on may 14 , and waiting for my pr card , I reside in BC and in BC without PR card they won’t give you your health card number, I came here as a spousal pr and currently I am pregnant as well , anyone know how to resolve this??

I'm in ON and they give you a health card with eCoPR no problem. I did some research and looks like you might be eligible for a temp coverage until you get your PR card.
