    PR card recalled and seized?

Then I highly doubt it is a manufacturing issue. Many people having their PR cards confiscated at the same time because of a production issue even though you have been able to using your PR cards for months makes no sense to me. Keep us posted I am curious to see what happens and if we hear of...

Can a friend or relative living in canada pay my fee of college? Not sponsoring but just transfer in CAD , and we'll transfer to his parents in INR.

Tough to know what IRCC will react. This is a highly unusual situation. There is a high chance that this will be problematic. Friends do not topically gift such large amount of funds unless they are perhaps extremely wealthy so the funds are no big deal for them.

    Out of status in CANADA

Sure especially since it seems like your only option. When it comes to your chances of PR your NOC is what is what is key not just TEER 0 or 1.

    Query Regarding Tuition Fee

Assume you informed IRCC who paid the tuition. Are you in a relationship? This is a very unusual and may lead to denial. Having extended family provide funds for international students can sometimes be a concern for IRCC so having a friend pay your tuition while claiming it is a gift has a high...

No guarantee you will receive your passport given current processing time. Given current processing times your are unlikely to receive the passport but processing times can change and sometimes one passport seems to be processed faster out of mainly pure luck. Recently? That seems very unusual. The NOC would typically not be done at a call centre which typically involves more customer service issues.

    PR application check eligibility

You only just applied. It means exactly what it says. What program did you apply for? Some programs are taking around 2 years to process.

    Need Help regarding PR

Incredibly difficult to get a nomination as a retail clerk. Unless you are under 30, have very high language scores and hopefully French, have 2 degrees, etc. then your scores are likely too low. What is your CRS score? What province do you live in? Would suggest a better NOC for your best...

eCOPR arrived just before my travel to US - no PR card - help!!

There is the option to take a bus to the border city, cross the border on foot or even a taxi/Uber if they have their passport and you are willing to pay for their time. The issue is that a bus or train can’t wait for you while you have to deal with CBSA/immigration issues which is why you can’t...

Explain that they don’t have a copy of their marriage certificate. Would include other government documents that show them as married like your birth certificate as you mentioned.
