    The physical presence tool supposes you're applying from Canada. Send the return date as the day you apply, add an explanation letter where you explain your situation and tell the IRCC officer that you're not claiming the last day of physical presence.

    You have to list the passport information of every single passport you had during the 5 years eligibility, so both, unless the old one is very old... Also, only the bio page is required for online applications, but the whole passport for paper ones.
