Form 5(1) or 5(2) for Minor Citizen Application

Hi All,

I am applying online for my citizenship application along with two minor kids. All three of us are PR. Please suggest if I will use form 5(2) or 5(1) for the minor application.

Thanks! I will delete and resubmit with form 5-2. Can I use the same paid receipt $100/kid or need to pay again?

Delete suggest you didn't sunlit the application and didn't get an AOR yet, so, yeah, sure.
