Regarding my CRS score

I have a Masters and a Bachelors degree. I got both of them evaluated with WES. But when I submitted my application in CIC and when they calculated the score they have provided me scores for Bachelors though my WES evaluation clearly states Master as the highest degree.
Can you please let me know how to get that corrected?
I am outside Canada, is there a number I can call?

I have an MBA from ICFAI Dehradun in distance learning. WES certificate says the Canadian equivalent is of one year post graduate diploma. Should this be considered as a Masters, when filling for Express Entry. Which option should i select ?

Yes I did, I have checked it a few times as well. Ihave selected Master's degree, or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession
Yet I am getting 112 points whereas it should have been 126 and 25 points for education and language which should have been 50 instead
