Does one year post graduate diploma in business administration by WES is considered in the Masters Category in the Cananda Express Entry Application ???

I have an MBA from ICFAI Dehradun in distance learning. WES certificate says the Canadian equivalent is of one year post graduate diploma. Should this be considered as a Masters, when filling for Express Entry. Which option should i select ?
