I received passport request from NDVO today, but there was no attachments, it's just a letter, which they are asking to show at vfs to submit passport and also attach this letter along with the passport to be send to New Delhi.
Usually we will be given a form to mention if there is any chance in the applicant health, marital status, death or birth or change of address.
There is no such form to fill was attached to my passport request email from NDVO., But when you check the vfo website it clearly mention please fill the appendix b form and submit. Any clue about append b and anyone experienced this situation...please help..

You dont need any help here. just go to the VFS with the attachment and your passport and the photo graphs.

I did get the pre arrival services letter today (12.50 am vanouver time). My timeline below:

File received: April 23, 2019
AOR1: June 4, 2019
Biometric Request : June 5, 2019
Biometric Given: June 8, 2019
Biometric Passed: June 8, 2019
SA: June 7, 2019
Medical Request: June 7, 2019
Medical Given: June 11, 2019
Medical Passed: June 21, 2019
Move to Visa Office: October 9, 2019
Visa Office: New Delhi
ECAS: Started Processing Line 2 update: October 22, 2019
GCKEY: profile updated on list of application November 13, 2019
Pre Arrival Services Letter: November 14, 2019

Did you receive email saying your file has been transferred to NDVO or they will be transferring it?
Because I received an email saying my file will be transferred to NDVO. Its been 8 days nothing after that.
Neither my ecas shows any update.. So I don't exactly know when was the file transferred.

I am May 23 applicant and received a very late file transfer. Almost 6 months

Anyone in the same situation? Can I expect a second email when CPC-M actually transfer the file

1st email from Sydney on September 26
This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s)has been forwarded to the visa office in CPC Mississauga for further processing.

2nd email from Mississauga on Nov 6:
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. Please be advised that your file will be transferred to the visa office in New Delhi.

Nothing after that. No clue when was the file transferred or is it still waiting in Mississauga.

I received an email as well Nov 5th that file was forwarded. But nothing on ECAS yet. Probably next week.
