To me it looks more towards your employment history/ record and the letters you've submitted towards the same. From the very first line, the CIC agent thinks that your employment record should be reviewed because the letters you've submitted might be authorized from your co-worker or the respective person's designation is not clear.

For this, you can submit the experience letter with your job duties on the company letter signed by the HR.

Secondly for proof of funds, please see if you provide further concrete details which can show that the money is readily available.

What documents you provided for internship ?

Last week my medical changed from you passed the medical exam to you don`t need a medical exam.
Does anyone know if is this an extension of my med?

This means your medicals has been expired. If your application is in the review process, you have to wait until the due date to get an update. Sometimes, it totally depends on the reviewing officer. Once everything is done, they will either request internally for an medical extension or they will send you a note to redo the medicals. After this step, most of the people receive the PPR/ landing interview within a weeks time.

Note: If your application is in the security step, order CBSA notes to know more details.

Yes. It will reflect in your online account. Once again the medicals status will become ' You passed the medical exam'. This indicates that your medicals are extended.

Note: If your time frame exceeds 15 months since your initial medical test date, then the officer will request for redo. If they make a decision within 15 months, then you have fair chance of medicals extension.

I had submitted the letter from my colleague as my organization was unwilling to provide reference letter. I had attached her company ID card, my last 6 months pay slips and my promotion letter to clarify the same. Not sure if I now need to provide a notarized self declaration of my job duties.

Regarding the Proof of funds, I am showing my PF and my fixed deposit. We are 3 members and the proof of fund shown is around 21k CAD. PF statement was signed by the official and also we had submitted a letter from the bank regarding the FD which was signed and sealed. Not clear on what I need to do more here.

If you had already submitted all the documents, it’s a wait game until the officer reviews your file and make the decision. Agent was unable to make a call and he/she further marks for officers review.

I am also worried why the agent has mentioned as we have only FSW 64 points, when we have more than 72 points.

Well ,if you were not issued with the reference from the company itself ,you must explain it in the letter of explanaiton and attach a proof ( email conversation with Hr in which he/she has denied giving the letter ) .
Nowadays ,visa officers as well as case analysts are very strict on their part and want a convincing document.

I have seen one gcms note where case analyst has marked his employment record for RR and mentioned that PA has not given a record of why he is unable yo get a letter from the company.

So,it would be good if you could attach a email conversation along with an loe and send it via webform.

Since it’s marked for officers review. You can always provide further documents, email conversations as to why your organization is not willing to provide the letter etc. Anything to justify your case is good.

Don’t worry about the points, it’s according to the agent he is unable to consider your work experience. Hence he would’ve reduced the points.

Points are.deducted because The analyst is not confident with what you have uploaded.
And after the case analyt park your file for review required ,you file goes to a visa officer .
If he approves your employment record ,you will regain those points;hence,pass the eligibilty,which is minimum 67 points out of 100.

Well,in 80 percent of the cases visa officer goes with the decision of case analyst and processing agents.So,it would be better if you immediately send the documents I have mentioned along with the letter of explanation.

Medical is valId for 1 year .

Pcc, for the country of residence ,valid for 6 months only and for other than this it is valid for a year.
