Hi there, does anyone know if we use an immigration company to submit our application on our behalf, if we email Ralph will they not reply to us?
Will the email to Ralph have to come from the immigration company/consultant?

I have email Ralph twice (from 2 separate emails) with no responses from each (been over 2 weeks form first email and over 4 days second email).
First email I did not use the application number in the subject line (I only used "Investigation into PPR") and this was sent from my wife's email address (she is the main applicant). Therefore, after no reply for a while I sent a second email with our application number and my wife's name in the subject line (this email was sent from my email address).

In process of ordering GCMS notes, but by the sounds of things that will take 40-50 days.

We would like to try get an update a lot sooner than that since our AOR is 20 Nov 2018.
Med still not passed (my wife has Crohn's disease). she needs Humira in order to stay in remission, which puts us borderline with medical threshold.
As a result, our immigration officer decided we should not pay the RPRF up front in order to try give us an indication as to which way they are swaying in regards to the medical condition and possible inadmissibility (unlikely they will request for us to pay the fee if they are going to reject).
No update since Biometrics done and passed in January 2019, until we received request to pay RPRF on 17 May 2019, which is a good indication that they are considering our application rather than just rejecting (we hope).
No ADR and no PFL issued so far.

Any advice on emailing Ralph is appreciated, as well as comments on our situation and what is possibly happening.

No, that's not an issue. I applied through an immigration agent but I mailed Ralph directly and got a reply within a few hours. If you'd like, you can use my format.

In the mail subject, write this: Enquiry into PR Application: XXXXXXXX / Full Name

Dear Mr Goodale,

Forgive me for troubling you, as I'm well aware of the enormous amount of responsibilities an MP has, and I recognise that your time is of the utmost importance. I would not be writing this, had I an alternative to my problem.

I applied for Canadian PR, under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program on October 06, 2018. It has been 111 days since I last received any communication from IRCC, and 278 days (9+ months) since I applied for Express Entry.

I would be extremely grateful for your help in inquiring about the current status of Eligibility and Security, for my application. I do not have a clear idea of the status of my application, since every time I call, I receive vague answers and requests to wait a little longer.

I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

Sincerely,
Full Name
DOB: DD/MM/YYYY

Modify the text with your information, and try to send it at or after 11AM, Canadian time. Someone from Mr. Goodale's office will send you a reply shortly. Good luck.

And did you receive any relevant information that wouldn't have received otherwise?

Actually yes. Aside from the status of my eligibility and security, which were unchanged, I found out that my medicals are now valid till September 2020. I had them done in September 2018, so they were going to expire this year, but the agent in charge seems to have extended it.

Guys, I am October 2018 AOR Date but posting my status in November too, so that it will be helpful for someone.

PR got REJECTED.

ITA: 12-September-2018
AOR: 16-October-2018
Medical Cleared: 14-Nov-2018
CEC Class Express Entry- I am working in Canada currently on work permit. (Toronto)
NOC: 2174
Nationality: India

PR Rejection Date: 10-July-2019

I ordered GCMS Notes 2 times before (In January & April)
April GCMS Notes states - Review Required for my Canadian Experience, and they were not able to verify my Roles & responsibility. and they deducted 40 points

I called 2-3 times, and mostly i got a nice agent. I asked, Do you need any further documents or should i send any documents on my own as it is RR. And everytime they mentioned you have no red flags, and RR means it just an additional verification. and if officer requires any documents, They will contact you.

On 10th July, PR Got rejected.

I spoke to CIC again on 11 July,2019, explained few scenarios such as: since I followed several times for additional documents for my RR, You guys told nothing is required, everything is good.
Second, For my same roles & responsibility, you are able to verify my India experience and not able to verify my canadian experience.
Third, For same NOC and for same roles My work permit was Approved before, & since my roles/employer haven't changed so I applied PR with same NOC & roles.

Believe me, The agent was too nice, He told your case is genuine, and everyone is a human being & can make a mistake, So he told me to raise a webform with all the points & additional documents if I have. The officer will look into it. He May or may not change the decision, That i cannot guarantee, But the officer will look into it.

The agent also told, If you saw RR, Then you would have sent an additional documents that time only. But anyway this all happened, so just move to next step.

Guys, My strong suggestion, If anyone have RR in anything, Talk to agent politely. Send the relevant documents before it's too late.

I felt bit depressed after rejection, but I have Work permit valid till next year, so I will be in canada working here & will apply for PR Again.
& I will be raising the webform shortly.

WTF, I really sympathy you buddy.
Actually, I 'd been rejected once because I didn't submit any job description and I chose the wrong NOC#, so have you added job description on your employment letter?

I have added my Roles & responsibility/Job Description in self written letter. Not on any official paper. My company just provided Employment Verification letter stating he is our employee since this date and all.

May I know how you did PR for second time? As I will be applying again so it will be help for me.

I 'd read the NOC# again and found the appropriate ones then ask my local and foreign companies to sign and stamp on the official letters.
Now I 've been waiting for more than 8 month, my GCMS notes generated on Jun 27 shows Eligibility RR and nothing else start. But on Jul 2nd my status changed from IP1 to IP2. call IRCC an agent told me Security passed but anything else in progress.
So confused...
Do you have anything else updated rather than Eligibility in your GCMS notes?
