I really need your answer

My friend got refuse for the 2rd time.
She is about to re-apply again but want to be sure of : This is my questions

My question is if someone changes the informations about his past work experience in his next application form for his next visa application will the new VO notice it?

And someone that has a diploma in business management going for a post baccalaureate diploma in Human Resources management is it a progression and reasonable enough?
Is she a undergraduate or just a diploma holder?
As much as I know you cannot pursue post baccalaureate diploma without an actual undergraduate degree.

She only have a secondary school certificate then did diploma 8months in U.K ... so i think the diploma is not enough for her to go for the post baccalaureate diploma

What do you think will be the best for her to pursue with that diploma?

Did she get an offer for this course? And if she did can you please tell me the name of this college that issued the same?
And, no she should not pursue it as post baccalaureate diploma is strictly for an undergraduate student.
Moreover, the name itself suggests a diploma to be done after a bachelors degree.
One more thing, what was the rejection reason?

Her School is Thomson River University. That if she get admitted for the 2 year course will the VO refuse because they don’t see a progression?

I'm new in the group and I please need your advice on my situation. I have a diploma in Business management( With just 8 modules) an in january 16 i applied for a study permit for a Diploma in Business management ( with 17 modules) in Toronto school of management I got a refusal in Jan 30 reason purpose of visit.

I ordered for tha CAIPS NOTES they stated "On the basis of the documents provided, not satisfied that the applicant will leave Canada at the end of his period of residence under subsection 216 (1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, given the reason for his visit. The applicant has received an offer of registration for a program which represents a very important financial investment given the income of his country of residence and which is not credible in relation to his age, his previous personal background and his family situation".
Whereas my tution fee was $12500 i already paid $3,250 and my sponsor which is my dad had $31,500 in his account and i had also attached his properties documents and cars.

This time arround i bettered my SOP stating all the reasons why the course assuring i will return for i have a job waiting for my after, gave all my jobs referencing letters, payement slip, future employement letter etc. My Dad's bank statement got bigger with $52,000 note that he is an entrepreneur his money are from his activities for the pass 2 years so his bank statement shows his many entries so i also attached his business document even his business bank statement all possible document concerning him and me i included.

Now these are the 3 reasons they gave

• I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in coming to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the length of your proposed stay in Canada.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

I'm shook because it doesn't make sense i thnik of changing my course to human resource management and changing my city as well to go to a less popula and populated province.

PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP AND SUGGESTION PLEASE FOR MY NEXT APPLICATION BECAUSE I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS WRONG

THANKS IN ADVANCE

This University is really a reputed one, I have visited the website and requirements of the course are the same as I mentioned that is a bachelor degree. Anyways, as you have mentioned that she got offer then you should take a chance and yes adding work experience to your file is always a good idea.

Is not me ... a friend am just trying to help her see way we can assist her on 3rd application
Bro I can just share some of my knowledge with you, I don't know too much as I have applied my visa through an agency.
You can tackle the first refusal reason quite easily by paying first year tuition fees and buying a GIC.
The second and third I'm not much sure of, she should be able to show strong ties to her home country. Anyway, an SOP should be good - format of which can be found easily on web.

In that case I would highly suggest her to go with a bachelor's degree because it has a high visa success rate. Yeah it is 4 years but will be worth it, trust me bro.

Congratulations mate for receiving your Study Permit. Can you please tell me whether have you submitted your transcripts for SDS Visa?
If you have all individual memos and consolidated memo and you don't need transcripts.. not sure about University though.
