Still on it because my major issue is that I don't have a strong sponsoreship so I am giving it up for now, thinking of any europ to move to at least to work and study then after my program I can figure other way to Canada..

Just wondering why the country immigration officer is not doing so after been approved and passport sumited for stamp so they still want to check all over again before they stamp ...

Have any one come across this message before from cic after passport request/sumited and waiting for stamp for over 3weeks and a friend got this message: Your application is under second vetting . What those that mean ?

Please for those writing sops, you need your sop to be in bullet form with each talking about a certain aspect... no1 should start with your introduction/background...you full name, date of birth, where you are from, name of your family...where they are from....i see sops with no introductions...
