Guys, has anybody filled the Case specific enquiry(CSE) If yes have some questions ? In how many days can we expect a reply? My case applied for visitors visa for my parents. Bio-metric done on 2nd May, have not received the biol-metric validity letter yet.. and the date of travel is 25th May. Please suggest should i go with CSE or wait ?

I applied on 4th April paper based .
Received an email on 4th April application dispatched to OC from VFS.Thursday
Received an email on 5th April application under process at the IRCC. FRIDAY
Then.................... long wait till..
Received an email on 9th May biometric validity information. Thursday
Received email on 12th May Passport Request Letter morning Sunday....
Submitted passport on Monday now now idea when will I receive passport waiting....

Im on Paper base application, still no update since I cant link my TRV on my gckey, I guess I have to wait till my passport have stamp and is dispatch from IRCC.

Passport request came on Saturday, never thought they worked on Sat. I only checked it Monday morning.

Submitted the Passport and the online account went to approved with Visa details.

I have the tracking number from VFS but the tracking on VFS website say that the passport has been sent and more information is on courier website. But the emails sent by VFS doesn't have any reference to any courier vendor/partner.

anyone know which courier partner is used by VFS and where can I find the details for tracking?
