Can't I get a genuine offer through lmia.. I'm desperate to get a job n Canada
I would forget about trying to find a job in Canada. It's next to impossible to do since most employers are not willing to go through the LMIA process. I would recommend that you focus instead on qualifying and applying for PR.

A couple of Red Flags, just for starters.

3) Central Provident Fund
The company will make such contributions to the Central Provident Fund is respect of your
employment as required under the laws of Canadian Govt.
No such animal. https://www.mom.gov.sg/employment-practices/central-provident-fund/what-is-cpf

4) Personal Income Tax
You will be responsible for your own personal income taxes.
That's not how salaried workers are taxed in Canada. Companies handle tax, CPP and EI deductions.

Seriously!!!! I thought it was for real!!! They asked my documents
The language used seems fancy but is incorrect in many places. For example, saying they will pay you salary "in arrears at the end of the month" seems like legal wording, but "arrears" actually means "unpaid", so the letter says they won't pay you salary.

It's a scam. That's only one example of a problem with the letter.

Scam. It actually starts of pretty genuine and then goes down hill. Warm clothes allowance? Return air ticket as well. A lot better worded than other ones, but I would say it's a scam

Both consultant and candidate declare that there will be no more outstanding professional or
service fee liability when you sign this agreement. Employer is not liable for any depts or fees
owe by candidate after starting work with our organization.
Yours Faithfully,

Operation Manager
Mr. Simon Lee
Anything that suggests you pay a fee to the employer or consultant for an LMIA or job offer is fake.

You cannot verify an LMIA just through its number like this. Post the offer letter. Tell us what they will pay for. Have you been asked to pay for the LMIA and offer?

I'll say upfront that I believe that this will turn out to be a scam/fake job offer.
Google shows zero hits for "ALBERT HOMZ".
