Any time you make an error on your form, input the corrections and validate again. The former validation you did initially before the mistake is invalid, the new one you validated after the correction stands. Each validation bears a new bar code which an ordinary eye cannot see.

I am so sorry for this. Their can be many reasons for this. I will try to explain as per my experience as two of my very close friends have gone through this program.
1. As according to the final message sent by IRCC to you,you no longer have job offer from the employer(in the background check IRCC may send CBSA to the employer to check the authenticity of the job offer), and now if that job position is filled and their is no vacancy that means there is no need for a new employee. And if the employer convinces CBSA that they really need you and fully support your settlement plan, then CBSA checks the arrangements made by the employer. If they are convinced that job offer is real then everything is good. But if that job offer is no longer valid that means provincial letter is worthless, and that is why PR is rejected.
2. Sometimes when the endorsement is issued the employer asks for big amount of money( as a bribe, extortion, security, immigration fraud)from the new employee for PR applications. Some employees even pay it. But after the AOR employee thinks we don’t need help from employer so they don’t pay the remaining money(bribe). In that case employer emails the province(that they no longer trust the new employee just to keep themself safe) and gets the endorsement canceled which leads to PR refusal.
3. In your case you should email province,IRCC, and employer too just to know exactly what happened.

(P.S. Please consider my postings as a suggestion, this is not a legal advise)[/QUOTE
Then what your friends did . Is it good idea to take some legal action against employer

Hi Guys
I submitted application but I have a question about the Police clearance certificate.
I totally forgot to submit the Canada PCC but I sent my original country PCC.
Will my application be returned to me or they are going to request later?
You can apply for a Canada police certificate (and I would recommend the fingerprinted one because they tend to ask for this) and use a webform to submit it.

guys ...here is a question....when u click validate in the generic application form / u get the bar codes....but what if u saved that form ....reopened it and made one change then clicked validate again....does that second click generate a new barcode ? ....or its one barcode per file and doesnt change no matter how many changes u did to the application ...???
Don’t validate it until you are ready to print, just make sure before you print the form is still in date. IRCC update the forms so often and if you have been working on your forms for a little bit it may have been updated without you knowing.

You better apply and find the company which is willing to designated for you. Many of the listed company already hired someone for their company.
For example, my company does not want to hire someone right now. However, some of the listed company are hiring an employee but you have to ask them. You have to remember that the listed company does not mean they are hiring now.
You better apply the company and explain to them what is AIPP and they might interest in the processing for you. I recommend you explain this processing when you get the chance to interview with an employer. That was how I found the company and they did the designated processing for me.
When there was no list of employers designated in the program, i have contacted with them and some of them responded by clearly stating no participation in the program.Still I havent a chance to talk to them on the phone ,but I think this program is for people who are butchers, plumbers or cookers, masterchefs, waiters and so on.As a wireless communication engineer I think I do not have a chance to immigrate to Canada by AIPP

Yes, you can make an inland application, but you might have to apply for another endorsement, if your endorsement isn't in date before you receive an AOR, they will not process your application. You must to apply for PR within 90 days after applying for the WP.

Am I alone here in not sending in a Canadian PC with my PR application?

I understood this to mean you only need to submit PC's for all countries you've lived in apart from Canada. Have I misread this?
