Moving province on Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program

We spoke with a immigration lawyer who advised that we should stay within the Maritime provinces for at least one year from PR. But also said that if we did move provinces we should reach out to notify our provincial immigration where we are going and why. What province are you currently living...

They will not give extensions, they will issue a new endorsement for another 6 month period. When I approached them they had just received a new allowance of endorsements so I was very fortunate otherwise I could have been in for a wait before my PR app could have been re-submitted.

We all have to work off the same IRCC checklist. Plus anything you personally think would support your application. Everyone’s situation is different, as I’m ex UK military I submitted documentation to support my military career.

Oh wow that is very quick, where is he from? well I hope yours comes through this week. Maybe give them a call to see where your case is. They don’t normally give PPR without the RPRF fee being paid before hand. He certainly had the luck on his side.

Don’t validate it until you are ready to print, just make sure before you print the form is still in date. IRCC update the forms so often and if you have been working on your forms for a little bit it may have been updated without you knowing.

It is great value when you work out the cost from gallon to litre out into GBP, and when we first came over we were also wow this is dirt cheap. We soon stopped comparing costs of things compared to the UK. We pay around $60 to fill our car which is about £33 and the fuel price has just gone...
