What about the schedule 4 they wanted you to fill in for your wife? That was a change and all changes must be recorded in GCMS notes. I could see every document request in my second notes. Maybe they are making a mistake in your case. But don't worry! Raise CSEs, send emails, and even call the VO, if you can, to ask about your application. One of my friends has the same situation and his eligibility shows "not started" after 7 months of waiting. I will share any information I get.

The schedule 4 request came in after the notes were generated.

I am humbly seeking your expert guidance with the following:

Background:
In my EE work experience section, i entered the only 3 jobs I have ever had - one for 5 years (5231), one for 4 years (NOC 1111) and my current job for 1 year (NOC 1111). I specified my primary occupation to be NOC 1111.

What i want to do:
I got my ITA on december 22, 2016. I only want my APR to be based on my former job for 4 (NOC 1111). Hence, in filling out my PR form, i want to only mention the said job in my work experience, while putting the other two in my personal history (so i will only need to get a full reference for my job for 4 years). Also, i want to change my current job (1 year exp) from NOC 1111 to NOC 0111.

Question:
Would the above action be ok to do? or would my APR be rejected or classified as a misrepresentation? also should i upload any supporting information for two jobs in my personal history?

As long as you are claiming points for four years then it should be fine. The only thing you need is "correct" reference letter and proof that you worked there for four years. You can add a Letter Of Explanation but I don't think it is required.

No update in MyCIC status after 15th March 2016,
Got reply for my job change notification email in August.
I have requested GCMS notes 3 months back but no response for that too.....

In Last week of October i have received email from SGVO like they will process in 4-6 weeks time but now already 9 weeks . this email looks same as most of SGVO applicants received.

My family medical expiring this month 15th and my wife IELTS expiring end of this month,

First of all, no need to retake your wife's IELTS. All of your & your wife's IELTS & Age been locked on your ITA date. So, don't worry.

Secondly, SGVO is a slow VO for processing PR applications. Your re-medical request can come from SGVO or you can ask them by raising CSE that you are concern about your medical expiry.

All SGVO applicants passed 6 months before Oct 16 got 4-6 weeks mail. I believe, it's a generic one. Let's cross our fingers and wait for the good to happen.
