Hi. On the session in february they confirmed number 425 for 2016. One of potential applicants asked that question.

Actually from what I know - the 425 quota was mentioned during the Information Session we attended. However they just mentioned that they released 425 nominations last year, 2015. They never mentioned anything about 425 nominations for 2016 (no one actually bothered to ask or confirm).

Can anyone here confirm this info? Did NB release an official statement somewhere on the cap of the nominations for 2016?

I attended a session in January,2016. In that session, it was said that they certainly issued 425 in 2015 but they didn't disclose any for 2016.

I have read that nee brunswick open category for skilled
Is closed last july 15, 2016.

Will they be opening again for skilled(no job offer)
In noc A, B any time soon? What is their frequency
Of selection?

1. In The fee payment form what is the civic number and what is the postal code?

2. For the transcripts, should we send it if we got our degree out side Canada or its only for Canadian Degrees?

3. For the IELTS results, can i send the originals which i don't need with my file or i have to contact BC to send them new copies ?

4. For the ECA report i contacted the PEBC to send them a soft copy of my result but no response, so what should i do ?

5. For the bank statement can i send for me and my spouse or only main applicant?

6. How to know the requirements of the pictures needed ?

postal code for your card address. depending on where you live, some countries have like street number. For example 1820 north avenue. 1820 is the civic number. Put N/A if it doesn't apply to you

Canadian degrees only. If you have your Ecas done. Send to them directly from your evaluating body

you can send your copy. Just make sure to scan it first

I have no idea on this. But for Wes you can just log in your account and order a copy to be sent directly to NB.

5. For the bank statement can i send for me and my spouse or only main applicant?
yes you can send for you and spouse.

6. How to know the requirements of the pictures needed ?
please follow the documents checklist or go to cic for photo requirement.

My husband got an ITA at the info session in Dubai yesterday. yayy! ;D

He said it was a very loong wait as there were a lot of people.

He did not get interviewed till 8pm for a session that was said to start by 3pm.

Also, he said the officials announced that whoever whose NOC code was not on the upadted in demand occupation on the NB website should not bother with the interview.

He read out the codes to everyone.

My husband said he got his ITA within 5 mins of the interview after he checked his EOI form, IELTS(His and mine0 and ECA(His and mine).

As for the ITA being ''verbal'' like it has been stated here, it was actually documented!

He got a one page document that had his name, the venue of the session, basically saying that he had gotten an ITA and that he would not be getting anY E-mail from them regarding getting ITA as the document sufficed and that he should add the document to his full application when sending to NB.

The document was signed by his interviewer and my hubby.

Guess that sheds some light on how the info session in Dubai went.

Same situation happened to us in Abu Dhabi Ruby31.. Good for you!

Now focus on get all the required documentation within 45 days to be submitted to the Government of NB and then wait for ITA from CIC. Hopefully everything will be OK

no you cannot do that. Call PEBC. If you get no positive response email or call NB to advise on what to do next
