Ironically, I submitted 2 photocopies of his passport and i arranged them with the healthcare card photocopy in between so they would know that i'm using the second passport photocopy as an ID and the first one for travel document... But THEY arranged it in the way that the 2 passport...

Yes i did submit both sides of the card.. and i called CIC but that didn't really help with anything.. they just said if you have any other kind of ID just submit it with the passport and the health card and put an explanation letter. Doesn't make any sense!!!!

you can try to send an email to London VO asking your UCI or your application status then wait for their answer what i mean is just ignore CIC answer and contact LVO directly like you already kow its you VO
