IRCC’s published processing time is around 13 months, but your application seems to have gone beyond that timeframe. Have you considered submitting an IRCC webform or asking your MP to make an inquiry? Hopefully, you’ll receive a meaningful update soon.

You can contact your local MP’s (Member of Parliament) constituency office and ask them to make an inquiry with IRCC about your PR application. They may be able to request an update on your file. If your agent says eligibility and security have not started, you can ask them how they obtained that information and whether it came from your GCMS notes. The pre-arrival letter is generally a positive sign regarding eligibility, but it does not confirm the status of every stage. MO mean no idea

Even if your application is being handled by an immigration agent, you can request your own GCMS notes using your UCI and application number, provided you meet the eligibility requirements. You don’t necessarily have to rely on your agent to request them. GCMS notes can help you understand the status of your eligibility, criminality, security, and other assessments. Hopefully, you’ll receive good news soon!

Stucked at this after recieving PAL same day Oct 30 . Hopefully monday will be P1 .

Tried calling ircc too , But its not getting connected due to high volume of calls and Also everytime , i call ircc to check the status of my application, it transfers to an agent. But couldnt connect bcz of call volumes
