June 2023 - still no FD. No documents required. No military required. Just waiting for the officer to drink his coffee and look at my application.
I talked to the lawyer he said
I’m not sure what to suggest, or whether a mandamus application would even be successful at this stage. When I check online you are about at the stage where you should be getting an answer, but the fact that security screening has not yet begun indicates that you may still have a ways to go.
So Mandamus it's not worth ,it's like wasting 6000 dollars

From my opinion….
Mandamus it will not help that much now as I mentioned before.. this way it will help before last year before thy change the system
MP .. mandamus .. lawyers. This is before yes

Because normally thy will say you are under the time frame
I ask many lawyers. Most of them same answer

But this is what I see from many applicants in this forum and from many GCMS note from applicant
If your security start and it stay long time with no final decision ( this is not good )
If your security not start and already your file should have final decision ( this is good )
Because suddenly you will get the final decision

Criminality done,I was at information sharing stage 4 months ago
This time they said I’m at the final stages
That sounds encouraging! If criminality is complete and IRCC has told you that your application is in the final stages, hopefully you’re getting closer to a decision.
Mine criminality passed 2 years ago. Still security not started info sharing in progress march 2024 applicant.
You know what’s funny? I was on a business trip and came back to Toronto last night with my RTD. The border officer told me why you don’t have your PR yet!! I was like maybe because you guys are playing with my life and future for 38 months now.
She said I recommend to not to travel outside Canada until you get your PR car!!! Is that a threat? Clowns

Don’t worry. You can ignore them and say to them go fxxx ur self. These are officers who played with our life should go home and never work again. Unfaithful people
