I'm trying to figure out a similar situation that concerns my daughter. May I know if you were both accepted as protected persons, or was it just your husband and you were included as his dependent in his PR application?
My husband is a refugee, and my daughter and I are dependents. When he applied for residency, he included us as his family.

Hello does anyone have an idea. Timeliness. November 11 2023. Apllied for pr, received pre arrival and eligibility letter both applicants and inland dependant. Security passed for applicant on the 9th July 2026 and security started the same day with dependant. Up until now its still in process thats the only thing left . Does anyone knows when FD is likely to be. Anyone been in the situation before.
Have you tried sending a webform?

my friend got additional document request this week about his military service even there is nill.

Has anyone recently received an ADR at the final stage? How long did it take for the final decision to arrive?
As an August 2023 applicant, I submitted the form on June 17th and haven’t heard back since. They asked for the same thing

Ur application is now more than 3 years old. IRCC says that if an application is beyond the normal processing time, you can contact IRCC through the web form to ask about it. U could send an IRCC webform asking for a status update and explaining that the application was submitted in June 2023 and FD is still pending.
The IRCC processing time still shows a month remaining, so it doesn’t matter. I followed up with my MP, and he received the same response. It’s still within the timeframe! 37 months and counting

I exactly sent it 17 june, nothing until now, even security it's not started, MP saidthey are trying to get validation of military
This information is incorrect. They cannot ask the army of the country of origin. You are a protected person; they cannot ask the country of origin about anything. This situation is illogical.

Okay, so that confirms it.
It's my understanding that the person(s) with the protected person status would be approved first before the dependents who are not protected persons be finalized shortly afterwards. This applies whether dependents are inland or not.

I am January 2024 applicant
I applied on January 4, 2024, and I got ghost update today in GCKEY
I just ended up with IRCC, and they told me all the assessments have been passed, even the security, but the criminality is still in progress. This is so weird because I know that security is the last assessment to complete, usually.
Is this is normal?
