I just call to ircc before connecting to an agent there is an automated info about the application every time wgen i called before the automated voice tell me that they are reviewing my eligibility and processing my background but now today when i call them the automated voice do not tell any info about my profile instead it said to serve you better i am transferring your call to agent.any body experience this ?
Yes, that happened to me when I received p1. So if you haven’t received that most likely a final decision has been made on your file and you should receive p1 soon.
That exactly happened with my friend and it means you got the final decision
It shows that forever. I received the card two months ago and still appears under review.
When it happend to your friend and after how much time he/she receive final decision ?
2024 Protected Persons:
I suggest all 2024 Protected Persons submit an IRCC webform using the same short template to respectfully request an update on their PR applications. Some 2023 applicants reported movement after submitting webforms, so let’s also raise our concerns collectively. It may not guarantee faster processing, but it’s worth trying.

I had linked my PR card to GCKey, which is why I could see that my PR card status and when it was approved, I received an email saying that my photo and my address had been approved, and your PR card has been mailed to your mentioned address, then a few days later I received a PR card.
