All the best to everyone.

Anyone received physical OCI booklet recently?

No. They've stopped issuing physical oci cards/booklets.

Everyone gets only an e-oci pdf.
Keep it on your phone when traveling and carry a printout as a backup.

Hey you applied separately for fti-ttp right? Post oci approval, it wasn't automatically done for you but biometrics from oci were used?

Not who you responded to, but had a very similar e-oci timeline and fti-ttp approval.

Yes, correct on the fti-ttp stuff, it's not automatic.
You apply separately on that portal and they'll use the oci biometrics. Once you get approval via email, you're good to go.

I have a query regarding applying for my OCI. The OCI application form does not make it mandatory to share spouse's passport. However, BCI checklist mentions spouse's passport and marriage certificate. My spouse is set to take the citizenship oath at the end of this month. Even if we apply for her passport at the earliest, 3 days later, it will be mid-to-end of September before she gets it. Is there any workaround for me to apply for my OCI before that? I'm applying on the basis of self. I have tight travel schedule and I'm afraid I won't get my OCI soon enough.

since this is based on root Indian as "Self", it's a non-issue. Provide current valid India passport details of your spouse since BLS will not accept it as blank. If in doubt, I'll suggest go for premium lounge.

Thanks for the advice. I filed the application with spouse's Indian passport and self as the root Indian.
I did not pay for premium lounge services. They pointed out a minor issue about previous passport and a missing signature so I just refilled the form on the same day and resubmitted.
