Applied with following timeline( me + spouse and dependents inside Canada):

• Applied for PR : June 26, 2023
• Pre Arrival : December 21 , 2024
• Eligibility letter : December 17, 2024
• Medical : Completed (expired)
• Info Sharing : Not Yet Started
• Criminality : in progress
• Biometric : Not requested
• Security : Not Yet Started

It is really frustrating and I’m really stressed out.

My Timeline was similar to yours , with one difference that info sharing is completed , my criminality over 2 years was in process , but in May 10, 2026 , I received Biometric request from IRCC and after we did it my criminality changed to completed , and only item that remain is security that not started yet.
I am really stressed out too .

As there is some delay, tomorrow you probably received the notification in your email. After that for sure the P1.
So you will see two notifications in your email, one email is for a change in your application and the other is the P1.

Be prepared, between portal1,portal2, ecopr and receiving the card takes almost three months. but at least is the last part of the process.
