As there is some delay, tomorrow you probably received the notification in your email. After that for sure the P1.
So you will see two notifications in your email, one email is for a change in your application and the other is the P1.

I have prepared already p1 response e-mail with will be requested informations (height, eye color etc) on my apple notes and my p2 photo
