Absolutely nothing. You call them- the rep. gives you the same answer that, " they will write the notes that the application is over the number of processing times listed." That's all they can do.

Yes, I'm facing the same problem. After entering everything required to reset the password (verification code, new password, etc.), it doesn't move forward at all.

I swear, dealing with them is such a waste of time and energy. All we do is wait on hold just to get attitude from their support team. No resolution, nothing. I’ve literally changed the insurance dates twice now and we're still stuck in limbo. I wish there was something else we could do
Even though the processing time is listed as 66 days, it feels like the October applications have been left behind in the system. I'm curious if anyone who applied right before or after October has actually received their visa yet.
