If your less complex for your refugee case does it take you straight to ( less complex PR) ?

I dont even know if pr have less complex just checking

I had hearing. I think could be less complex for the PR processing but not for to give a decission without the hearing.

I contacted twice, helped nothing. Always said is withon time frame. Last time I contacted was on 2024.

I got less complex case for file review, send documents and got positive decision.

My personal opinion is yes, because complex for PR could take time for colleting, checking documents, time to ask for the documents, people get the documents. Send to IRCC, they check again, so that takes time and they need to keep processing files so move the less complex while more complex gather requested info. Repeat , my personal opinion.

Just one week ago, you were feeling hopeless....

I had this feeling.. that our files will start 'flying' soon.. not only your file... but hopefully all 2022 & 2023 applicants.. then 2024 and us 2025 applicants.. inside and outside QC..

I think the federal government WANTS to clear this backlog as soon as possible, definitely without any compromise to national security.
