I created this topic to share my knowledge and experience with all of you. I will try to answer some important questions and concerns regarding travel as a Convention Refugee or a Protected Person living in Canada.

Hi, I applied for PR in Jan 2023 and today noticed a Profile/Update on my CIC profile, and background check changed to Not Applicable. What does this mean?

When IRCC finishes one stage or moves the file internally, the system often flips to “Not Applicable” temporarily before the next stage starts.
