So what about your spouse? You are bringing your whole family to Canada so each person shows proof of return. Don't know what NOC for school or employer is. Plus you were refused with having no family ties because all family members are coming. Cover letter doesn't show ties to return if all are coming. You could apply as a couple is spouse has ties to return with job.

If you can address reasons for refusal. If refused again then don't reapply for at least 6 months to a year because IRCC will think you are desperate to come to Canada.

Sure. Not sure why you want to come to Canada without your family so need a valid reason to come.

So it is 73 days. It is an estimate. If eligibility started and background check complete then should have an answer soon. You haven't even reached 8 weeks.

If you have a strong bank account/cash, travel history and ties to return (spouse, child, job, business, income property) then you have a good chance. Good luck.
