Then I dont know what happened to my application. Am so frustrated...

well... I don't know if it is luck..
I made sure that the application is filled properly.. I followed by a webform.. got confirmation after 10 days that it is in process..
then I called after 4 weeks.. got the information that it was approved..
I applied as non-urgent.

They confirmed dispatch Oct 09.

I have filled webforms and I get replies immediately that it is being processed.

I get lost...

Nothing left to do now but just wait for that miracle

Try to give them a call around 9:00 on 1-888-242-2100
Hopefully they will confirm that it has been approved and send you an email with the tracking number.

Thanks for information. My application was approved on 11 November and got email with tracking number but still didn’t received also can’t check online on Canada post web page. So any idea when I will get it or any advise cause on 1 of December have flight .

Keep checking the Canada Post website tomorrow and on the coming days, hopefully you'll get it soon.. Maybe it is taking around 2 weeks on average at Canada Post....

Today I got a email saying there found my document and will resend it . And finally provide a Canada post tracking number after there claim on October 6th it was mailed out with purlator

Hello. My application was delivered on November 3 to Ottawa, and the IRCC agent told me by phone that they received it on November 6. The application was entered into the system on November 18, and he said the Montreal office is working on it. How long will it take to approve my application?

I send my travel document application on 30 oct and they received it on 31 oct i also added return xpress mail so i can get my travel document fast and i also had tracking for some reason on 22 November today i got mail from ircc and when I opened it there was nothing but my return mail empty that's it does anyone know what this means or happened to someone else?

• Application received - Oct/06/2025
• RTD approved and printed - Oct/29/2025
• Received by Canada post - Nov/21/2025

To be honest, everyone’s time frame is different. Some people wait months, while others get their documents back fast. I’m not sure if it depends on location or the officer handling the file.
My experience took months overall, but once it was finally approved, it only took 20 days. I was told it was mailed out on October 6th, and I only received it today If they tell you it was mailed out without a tracking number and through Purolator, then don’t expect anything to arrive quickly. A lot of people have had similar experiences. There make u Believe the Courier have it.

Because of Canada post's delays, we can't say the actual timeline. for my mom, it took almost 3 weeks. but for one of my known person, it took just 10 days and he received by Canada post.

As I mention above everyone experience is diff time frame so because ur mom received it in 3 weeks who say he will have same experience. It depends on who is handling ur file
