Need some help.

We already applied for startup visa around 3 years ago. But our incubator is non priority.

If we get commitment from another priority-incubator/angle-investor, would IRCC consider it i.e. can we update our application with web-form.
No, you will have to withdraw your previous application…and submit a new application

Could you please explain your motivation for this?

Do you know what our real problem is? We don’t have a voice that truly represents us. We’ve never learned how to make our voice loud enough to be heard.
There are 43,200 of us in the Start-up Visa community — main applicants, dependants and more than 8000 of self employed . That’s not a small number; that’s a movement waiting to happen.
We need to come together, organize, and speak as one. We can start by sharing our stories and raising awareness on social media. When we speak collectively, they’ll have no choice but to listen.

Just look at what the provinces achieve through the PNP. When the federal government sharply cut overall PNP admissions in 2025, provinces like Alberta, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland & Labrador organized, built coalitions, and advocated forcefully for their interests. Alberta, for instance, demonstrated the economic need for immigrants and presented data to back their request; after months of lobbying, their PNP quota was raised by more than 1,500 spots mid-year—despite national-level cuts. Their leaders met directly with federal officials, coordinated with business groups, and leveraged the media to apply pressure until Ottawa relented.

Some immigration consultants say that a major announcement about the Startup Visa is coming between 13th - 21st of November. IRCC will let know everyone what is going to happen.

But it is not a verifiable through any official source. There is no official information from IRCC or any reliable news outlet to support this claim. It seems to be a rumour.
A panic state among us as a SUV applicants is understandable as many of us have already invested substantial time and money into it.
