Just called IRCC, for some reasons my LPP hasn't even started yet. Not sure the reason why but it is stuck without any update since 30th August when the background was completed. Really frustrating I had plans to travel in Nov this year and Jan next year.
Nope, but it seems like it’s one of the common reasons of being stuck: nobody is even working on our files

Not same timeline but I'm from Vancouver too. My LPP 09 Oct and waiting for Oath while I saw people in other locations (like Toronto) with same timeline already got oath on the same day as their LPP
There hasn’t been a single day when I haven’t logged in to the IRCC page to check for updates — first during my PR process and now for Citizenship. It’s become part of my daily routine. The only break I ever took was when I received the test invitation; I didn’t log in for two full weeks. But since completing the test yesterday, I’m back to my usual habit of checking the page every day
