LPP is completed and its updated on the tracker today.

Application: 1 adult + 1 kid

Test Invite: 18th August 2025
Test Completed: 22nd August 2025 (Exam Portal Update: 26th August 2025)
Language Completed: 24th September 2025
Plysical presence Completed: 24th September 2025
Prohibitions Completed: 24th September 2025

I got all the stages except the ceremony date update, but for my 14 year old son there is no single update after the portal creation.
Not sure how the system works.
Is there a chance to get the citizenship ceremony separately?
Or do we need to wait until all the applications are processed?

I got alerts for my son.
Looks like for a family application, until all the applications in the family members are complete, no one gets the invite

Test Invite: Not started ---> Kids do not need this, still this stage needs processing.

These things can easily be optimized, but they don't have willingness or resources to do it.

Separate applications for each member doesn't seem to be a bad idea.

My question is I had asaked for hard copy of Citizenship Certificate . Will IRCC send an email now due to postal strike ? Any idea or earlier one has gone through it.
